I’ve been hearing a weird shudder/vibration on the highway today from the passenger front side. Starting at 45mph but making subtle noises under that speed.

I put a lot of time into the front diff new seals. Ecgs bushing and new cvs. Took me three tries to get the passenger side diff seal in right to where it wouldn’t leak.

now it seems like the passenger inner cv joint is looser than it used to be and has more play up and down / side to side.
Could there be an issue with the passenger intermediary shaft? I’m taking it to the dealership tomorrow to see if they can diagnose it since I don’t work at a shop anymore otherwise id pick it up and spin the wheels. but I drive the truck for work now so I need it Monday.

let me know if you guys have had a similar issue.
