New shocks, new bushings? 2011

    Picked up a set of 2019 Sport shocks (see pic below) to put on my 2011 Rock Warrior. The rear shocks do not have the top bushings with them. I'm not having a lot of luck online...is it worth it to hunt down some poly or upgraded rubber bushings for the rear, or should I just order a new set of OEM rubber? All I've found online so far are OEM rubber, Bilstein rubber, or Universal-type poly (not sure that's the greatest idea?).

    Looking more for ride quality than anything else, so I'm leaning towards rubber, I was hoping maybe someone had some input otherwise though. The original bushings on the rears currently are pretty well done @ 133k.

    Just curious what these ran you and the mileage on them?

    I have the same setup on my 08 and reused the old top hardware as it was in good condition. eBay has the “kit” as well as sparks parts if you want to start fresh

    I got a really good deal - they're off a 2019 with ~19k on them, $100 for the setup.

    Thanks, I'll take a look to see if I can find the kit on Ebay. The current bushings are pretty nasty looking lol

    Looks pretty similar to what I'm finding.

    Since these are the TRD Sport and not the TRD off-road (yellow/blue) shocks, I'd need the "w/o off-road" bushings, as you listed? I'd assume that the bushings fit the shocks themselves and nothing specifically on the truck?

    Also thinking out loud here...if I do need the "non off-road" bushings, I'm not even sure that I could re-use the rear top bushings even if they were in good shape.

    Good point, I’m actually not sure. Hopefully, someone else can confirm that.

    Bushing won’t matter from off today to sport. It’s the same , Good find!

    Interesting convo on the different bushings for off-road vs non off-road. I just recently swapped my stock black shocks for some Bilstein blue/yellow takeoffs and just reused the stock bushings (has no idea there were different ones). I haven't noticed anything weird, but I can let you know if the assembly blows up.

    So I guess that's weird but not totally surprising...they definitely have two part numbers listed for the bushings (off-road and w/o off-road). I'd have no idea what the difference could be though. If they were the exact same, seems silly to have separate part numbers though. But stranger things have happened.
