New Nav System and Subscriptions

    2022 Toyota Tundra Platinum
    Got a recently purchased 2022 Tundra Platinum, I am getting beyond frustrated with this new Nav Computer with regards to "trying" to add myself (profile) and get the previous owners "name" (keeps saying "Nicole's Tundra".) off as with regards to the name of the system. My question is, does anyone know of a phone number for Toyota where someone would talk me through set up? I hope I do not need sorely on my local dealership, they are worthless. I still have not been able to find out where/how to subscribe to a new plan, as I already noticed my "remote start" is no longer working? It worked the first couple of days I had it (purchased the vehicle used with 10K miles on it from a Mercedes Dealership). I have heard I need some kind of "subscription" for remote start to work. I can't even find out where or how I can get a subscription going on this. Is there a help line or anything like that? Appreciate any input

    I think the app will answer most your questions. I see that it offers “shop” at the bottom. I think you can add services there. I also think you may be able to delete a profile and add yours there. I know you can rename the truck there, just not sure if it’s the nickname for the truck itself or when you use the app.

    TRD wheels, skid plate, black fender flares, mud flaps and running boards. Pirelli Scorpion 275/70/20 Allterrain Plus tires
    Get in your truck and push the red button in overhead console. Tell them your dilemma and they can help you get it switched. I had the same problem.

    This may be a dumb question, but did you try a full reset in the settings menu? For what it's worth, my subscription expired recently and I've given the new Android Auto Cool Walk a try, it is pretty awesome! I really disliked the previous version, but the updated style is nice. There is no way I'd give Toyota $16 a month for an inferior experience.

    the only toyota sub worth anything is the remote connect @ $8 month

    drive connect is extremely not worth it @ $16 month and barely @ $8 month. i would forgo drive connect and just use AA or Carplay.
