New member from the DFW area. Still in new member jail so I'll just post a picture and ask a question. Saw the "Ultimate OEM" parts thread but geez, it's 120 pages. What's the most cost effective way to get rid of the chrome grill and bumper corners.

Are you wanting to color match or black them out?

Thanks for the welcome... Color match is my preference.

Are you wanting overlays or replacement parts?
Your current bumper caps are metal but if you buy OEM they will be plastic and I think you have to buy new mounts. Post 1 of the ultimate parts thread has details on that.

I just bought a color match grille and hood bulge for mine, and the best price I could find was from these guys:

    Yeah....
Unfortunately there aren't any low cost alternatives other than having someone wrap everything.

OME Nitrocharger/2612 (front), Bilstein 5100s (rear). Vanguard roll bar modified (by me) to fit over Patriot Stealth retractable tonneau. Aftermarket halo headlights with HID, various LED bulb replacements. 17" Fuel Blitz wheels with some 33" Nitto terra grapplers. Hoodscoop, nfab nerfbars, Bushwacker flares. No-name aftermarket grille, led fender extensions. Black Horse bambi-basher. Various offroad lights.
And remember, the truck won't put poison in your food when its mad.

Seriously though, if you've got more time than money, buy some vinyl and wrap it yourself. It's relatively cheap, there's tons of how-to info out there, and new skillz are always good.
