I got my 2025 Tundra IForce Max July 18th. This morning it was loaded on a flat bed and taken back to Toyota. My new truck no longer detects either of the key fobs unless they are held next to the start button. I searched the forum but did not see any hits on this issue. Anyone else had this issue. The google showed quite a few posts about this issue. I am really bummed that my new Toyota is already in the service bay.

Any insights you all have would be appreciated.

Usually that indicates a dead fob battery... Is that the only symptom that prompted you to get a tow, or is the truck not starting?

    UPDATE
the dealership found both key fobs were dead and replaced the batteries. They sent me a video and provide a possibility for what caused the brand new fobs to die. They asked if I kept the keys near a wireless charge. Last night I used the wireless charger which I never do, and my keys were next to it.
