    Just bought it.
    Happy holidays, everyone!

Just picked up a 2000 and joined the forum. Used to have a 2015 and decided to pick up a Gen 1 to do a quasi off-road or overland truck. We’ll see what it looks like in the end.

Bought it with 175k, interior spotless. Had a topper and a ladder rack on it.

I sold the topper (may be regretting that right now) and the ladder rack. Installed a new Sony head unit, JBL speakers and a Kicker self powered sub this week.

Have a Pro Comp 2.5” lift/level with the diff drop going on it Monday. New 17” shoes next weekend. Trying not to blow the budget and got some Helo HE878’s with Falken Wildpeaks. 275/70/17.

Over the next 6-12 months I plan on adding a step bar, front and rear bumpers, with winch, a bed cage (or another topper, can’t decide), a few light bars, seat covers and then I may do a snow camo or desert camo wrap on it. I can get it done for $2k. Much cheaper than a good paint job.

I’ve attached pics of when I bought it and what it’s like now. As well as some concepts I’m looking at.

Would love any thoughts about my future upgrade ideas.

    Thanks everyone!B6908F69-3413-45C0-8E56-3C7B62772E48.jpg4B8A4D32-3407-4CEB-BE70-EBE28EFCAB5D.jpg
