    Hi everyone! Just bought a 2023 Tundra SR5 TRD Off-Road and don't want to waste any time modding it out. First thing I look to do is add a winch. Anyone have any experience with the HF Badlands Apex 12000 lb winch? At just under 600 dollars, it sounds like a great alternative to the Warn Zeon 12-S Platinum, which has basically the same features. Also looking to pair the winch with a CBI Hidden winch bumper. Has anyone ran that setup yet? I'm also considering a 2nd battery to assist in powering the winch. Again, if anyone has any information or opinions, I'd be grateful to hear them. Thanks!

    Welcome! I have used Badland winches on several vehicles Jeep, Tacoma and Tundra. I never had an issue. I know there are some reviews, pros and cons somewhere.

    Thanks guys! North Cackalackee here. Bakershack will completely understand.

    This newer model, the Apex 12,000 lb. Is supposed to be HF's best shot at Warn. Warn just seems WAY overpriced. Good to hear real world stories from forst hand encounters though.
