Long story, short explanation to help others..
Had factory head unit with aftermarket amp/sub.Head unit sucks, and died 1 month after warranty expired.
RF DSR-1 installed to accommodate head unit/aftermarket amp.
Cruthchfield order: Sony XAV-9500ES, 3 Idata link harnesses, 3 sets of RCA cables, Metra dash kit.
DSR-1 still used, audio out harness removed. 3 sets RCA from head unit straight to sub (F,R,sub).
All steering controls in use, head unit mic needs to be used, factory no longer works. Back up camera definitely less clear but ok.
Sony head unit is awesome, love the size and controls.
Working on volume control for sensors, seem low.
