On my 2013 Tundra, swapping out the stock bumper with halogen fogs for an ICI Magnum with quad squares. Looking at LED flush mounts. Since the fogs were halogen and likely pulling a fair bit more amps than the LEDs, do I need to go with relays and a direct battery run, or just split the fog plug to the LEDs on either side?

Fog bulbs are 9145, listed as 45W, LEDs are listed as 20W per cube, but guessing that is way inflated.
