Nothing is really FREE - you always pay one way or another !!

A neighbor offered me FREE firewood
in Lou of a family members recently cut down tree that they wanted removed
We loaded up his truck and my 18’ tundra with two loads - on second load he is loading the pieces in my truck as I’m cutting them up
We get back to my house and we’re unloading I noticed my taillight is broken and cracked !!

Long story short he does not admit it and says if I did it I’m really sorry
    Well I know I didn’t DO IT !!
I said is is what it is thx for the wood and your “ help”
    S.O B. !!!

Any one have any “factory “ taillights laying around I could BUY ????

Or suggestions on reasonably priced aftermarket ones that are worth a shit

Bummer. I did see some factory taillights in the 3rd gen stuff a while back. If I find them I'll link it.

Yep and the ole adage "no good deed goes unpunished" really seems to be true

Yep if you had to cut it and haul it, it wasn't free. You earned the firewood.

The only logical thing to do is set fire to his truck in the middle of the night.

I think I have my stock tails. Shipping and a good whiskey and I’ll send it to someone in need.

That’s a bummer. I hate when things like that happen.

    Yeppers...agree wid dat.

Did you try to burn any of the wood yet? All "firewood" is not created equal. I've had firewood that required more heat to burn it than it ever provided. Insult to injury would be if you helped the guy cut up and haul off his "**** for firewood" tree thinking you were getting "free" firewood. :D
