I have 2005 toyoTo tundra and had a bull bar with a skid someone did a hit and run on the front of it it's pretty bent and mis-shapend I've been looking all over the internet to find a new one but I can't find one that similar

The picture you posted is custom most likely. That style bunper can be made at most offroad fab shops. (Not retail shops). It most likely will be weld on (permanent).
