Need some help from someone with a second-gen tundra and a Westin HDX grill guard

Long story short I recently bought a Westin HDX grill guard off of craigslist it had some mounting hardware with it and it doesn't fit my truck. I was told this grill guard fit anything after 2007. So maybe it's the hardware for the 2014 to current. I just don't know and before I buy the mounting hardware for my truck and get into this thing another 75 bucks I'd like to figure out if it is the grill guard for my truck or not.

a few measurements and we should be able to figure it out I would assume. If you have that grill guard on your second gen tundra I would really appreciate some help.
