Ok so I was trying to put an aftermarket radio in and while splicing wires I’m pretty sure I shorted it out somehow, this has happened before and I thought it was just the regular RAD1 in the engine bay. There is no radio or power mirrors, and cig lighters. I replaced CIG in the cab it was burnt as well as RAD1. The fuse for the mirror was not though. I’m really in the need of help. Is there an inline fuse? Relay? I’m not sure what it is!

Check every fuse under the dash. There is one that that is tied into other circuits. I don't recall which one it was.
