Alright, so here it goes. Beating a dead horse, but want to make sure I'm making the reasonable choice.

I bought my truck with a pro comp 6in Stage 1 lift already installed. Upon seeing the truck for the first time I crawled all over and under it. You can tell it had never left the asphalt. I did however notice one of the rear shocks was blown. It had 35k miles on it and I'm not sure when the lift was installed. Anywho dealer replaced the shock with a pro comp and I bought it.

Fast forward to 15k miles later. I've been off work all week and haven't left the house. I go to run to the store on Saturday and I notice two pools of fluid by my rear tires. Yep you guessed it both of them gone hydraulic fluid all over the place. You can tell it started weeping out then it just dumped.

Soooo here we are. I personally hate this lift anyway I feel it rides stiff as hell. Ive been reading these forums for 2 days trying to figure out what to do. At this point I want to replace the struts and shocks. I unfortunately don't have alot of money to invest in something like fox or icon. So I've been leaning towards the RC 6in N3 loaded struts and the V2 monotube shocks for the rear. So this post isn't about a review on them. I'm wanting to know am I missing a better option thats not going to cost my left nut? I appreciate the help in advance. You guys have never steered me wrong! Trying to pull the trigger on it this week.
