Hi sorry I'm kinda new to this forum I just got a new 2018 Tundra crewmax I recently sold my 2010 Tundra crewmax i upgraded to the bilstein 6112 front and 5160 rear with firestone airbags, I had 20" wheels with 33x12.5 ridge grapplers. The ride was smooth good and decent not sure compared to stock because I never had the truck stock so I don't know how it feels like to compare to it. So my buddy just picked up a 2019 Trd pro and I liked it so much that I went to get a 2018 platnium instead because I like all the features it had compared to the pro. So now I'm upgrading the truck the way I want it but I need some help from you guys. I never knew how smooth the new truck drove compared to my old one it's so smooth that it feels like I'm driving my lexus. So here's the deal I just bought a set of 2019 Trd forged bbs wheels with 295/7/18 nitto ridge grapplers. I know the wheels won't fit with the stock suspension so I'm debating which is the best route to go, the truck is going be mainly used as a daily driver I'm not planning to go hardcore off roading if not at all but would like to have the option there if I ever decide to go. My choices are keep it simple and just do either a body lift or a spacer lift so the wheels will mount and give it clearance. 2nd choice is to go with my old setup bilstein 6112 with either mid to highest setting so wheels can clear and 5160 for the rears. 3rd choice is to go with the Kings 2.5 front and rear both with adjusters. I also bought the camburg UCA uniball I will be also adding the same I had before firestone air bags because I do haul alot of weight and use the trailer when I go to havasu and I don't like when the bed sag down. What choice of option would fit me best if I like that smooth stock ride nothing rough on the road. I don't want to change out the suspension and regret it later. Would changing out the stock UCA to the camburg ones with the Kings suspension be better then the bilstein for the city streets? Sorry for the long post and hope you guys can help out a fellow. Thank you so much!

Sounds like saving th cash and getting bilstiens are your ticket since your not really off-roading the truck. Kings will be a smoother ride tho. So hard to really say what to get. Kings would last longer they can be rebuild and all that Jazz. If it were me I’d go king.but if money is an issue then stay with bilstiens good budget setup. And I’d defiantly ad the Ucas with the kings you will get the most out of them if you do.

Hi thanks for the quick reply so Kings will make it a smoother ride? Would it be just as good as stock or even better? My buddy told me to go with Kings with the adjuster so you can have the softest settings for the road and higher setting if I ever decide to go a little bit off roading. Thanks!
