Need help. Installed radio and amp now error lights are on

DD ss3 max led fogs. interior and exterior leds swapTRD Shift knob.

I just finished putting in an aftermarket radio and amp on my buddy’s 2015 SR5. Using idatalink maestro and t harness for the radio. Everything connected correctly but after i start the car these lights and message appeared.
I’ve checked all the wiring and they are correct. Flashed the maestro RR correctly and swc is working. Obd plug for the maestro is plugged in and is showing vehicle info like doors opened.
Is there something i missed?
Please advise.
I’ve remove negative battery terminal for 5 mins. No change.

Problem SOLVED!!!
End up doing a Zero point calibration using the paperclip method and all light went out..
