Hey to all!!! I found out why my truck would not turn off. There is a short in the passenger compartment fuse box. I got another one that doesn't quite match up with my current one. With the one that I did find, the headlights and air conditioner does not work, even though the ignition now turns off when the truck is turned off. The problem is that I can't find the exact one. The one pictured is the exact one that came out of my truck. I need help finding the exact one. Thanks in advance for your help

The reason the fuse box went out was due to robitussin dripping on it. Thats what we saw on it. What does the heater coil do? or how could it have contributed to the fuse box going out?

There's a chance you can salvage the old one. Get a bottle (or two or three) of Tarn-X and a large bottle or two of Everclear (the knockoff brand will work just as well). Find a container that will just hold the fuse box and submerge it in Tarn-X. Let it sit for an hour or two. Use a stiff brush every few minutes on anything that looks corroded. Next, pour out the Tarn-X, rinse with water, and submerge in the alcohol. Wait another hour or two. Pour out the alcohol and let it dry overnight. The Tarn-X should have eliminated any corrosion causing a short, and the alcohol will neutralize the Tarn-X and drive out any water. If there's any way to open the back of the fuse box, that'll help get the Tarn-X into deeper crevices that might cause a short. As always, your mileage may vary. Good Luck.
