2 or 2.5 gen? It just looks hard. Not terrible really. Just move the BS out of the way and slide that bolt forward all the way.

I also have a 21, no problem switching to SPC UCA's, just moved the hoses or wires out of the way and that's it.

Iirc, you just open the clips and the BS will move out of the way, not much maybe like 1.5", it's been over a year, but it wasn't bad at all.
    You can do it!!

Okay cool I will give it a shot. Done for tonight. Will see tomorrow if I am able to unclip or just simply use my hand and push things with out damaging anything. That’s my biggest fear spending more money I something I broke

If you are in the front of the truck, the clip is just to the right and a bit toward the front from the bolt head, simply open it up with a pick and it will be able to reclose or snap closed after you are done.

Once you unclamp them you can move them enough.

So got it all done passenger side was way harder than driver side lol. But completed! Only prob the driver side ball joint has a hole or rear in the rubber and won’t hold grease. Warranty claim
