There's a chance I might sell my Tacoma soon.
Which of these Tundras is the best option to pursue? All three are about 2 hr drive away.

CPO with little maintenance documentation or non CPO with well documented service?

Don't think you can go wrong with either choice. The non-CPO should hopefully give you the best pricing though.

Personally I go with a well documented maintenance history unless you can bring the truck to a Toyota dealer and have them check it out BEFORE you buy.

Id choose the well documented one. Unless you can use that to negotiate and potentially get one of the others cheaper?

Things to look for- one owner and no accidents. Also you will want the large gas tank. Other than that choose the one that has the options/packages you want. A CPO with some warranty never hurts. Personally I would much prefer a TRD OR model vs a standard....unless it is a limited trim.

Those you listed seem a tad high $...I would bet that you can get them down to 30k. I got my 2016 earlier this year, TRD OR, sr5 upgrade package, convenience package and one more package I dont recall, with 32k miles for $31k with some warranty.

Last advice.....get the 38 gal gas tank!

The CPO ones are at Toyota dealerships and they say it went through their checks(whatever that's worth).

Silver one imo. The others are black. A royal pain to keep nice for the long term. Love hate relationship with my black tundra. Good deals on all those imo. Could go lower.

Definitely, one of the tundras I checked had a passenger leak. It's still on the market and they keep lowering the price. It was at a Nissan dealership and they said they would fix it(50k miles). I passed.

I just traded my '19 Tacoma TRD OffRd with 15k miles for an '18 Tundra CrewMax SR5 4x4 with the SR5 Upgrade Pkg and 19k miles. Bommaritto Toyota in St Louis had it priced at $33,500 on their website. It was certified. That price was really cheap compared to everything I else I found. Was a 1-owner, that just got off lease. Sold new at that store and serviced at that store. I haggled with them and got it for $2500 difference out the door. They were initially at 5 grand diff. Dealers are really dealing right now. I think you can get a better deal than what you've listed.....

Thanks for this info. Keeping tabs on my area's market. It seems midwest is lower price point on used Tundras. I'm still trying to privately sell my 2011 Taco. I can pursue more aggressively in a few weeks.

Found a truck but dealership installed kahu tracker system and will not remove it ($299). Should I be concerned with this thing?

Is it something you can remove yourself? I personally wouldn't want one on my vehicle. If it comes down to the truck selling or not, i'd be surprised if the dealer wouldn't just remove it for you.

Dealer corporate wide policy(Audi dealer and recent trade in). I will probably remove it myself. Now they are hard selling car warranty. This has 49k and well maintained. $2200 extra for 5 year bumper to bumper? I'm going to decline.

Hadn't heard of kahu before. Little search and found this:

    Extracting a dealership-installed nightmare

Pull that shit out of the truck immediately.

Oh wow! Sorry, not sorry! lol. Hey, I DO know where you can get a really nice Quicksand Tacoma!

Seriously though, I love this Tundra. Call up Mary at Bommarito and have her keep an eye out for ya. She and Guy, the sales manager, and Angie the business mgr, were all excellent to work with!
