I have an 08 with a pro comp 7" lift. I am looking at getting rid of the block and getting new leaf springs to compensate. I don't off road but tow between 5k and 10k lbs. I don't mind having a harsh ride when unloaded, just want no squat when towing. Truck squats bad as it is now and I want something to help that. I plan on getting air bags also.

I've been reading a lot and I want to go with a custom leaf pack. Either Deaver, Alcan or custom suspension. Heard a little about atlas but not much. Been reading about the icon's but seems like they don't provide enough lift. I've read the deavers don't do well towing because they are more for ride comfort with the progressive spring rates, any truth in that? Any other options out there I'm not aware of?

Let's pretend cost isn't an issue. I want the best

Are there any spring shops near where you live? This is better done with someone you can talk to in person who can actually look at your vehicle.
