Anyone remove a factory am/fm cd player and install a voice navigation unit in a 2013 tundra?

not worth the effort IMO. Factory stereos and NAV systems in Tundras are marginal at best.

Ways on your phone for the NAV will outperform the NAV setup from 2013, or really any of the 2.5 gens. Or just replace the stereo you have with aftermarket with whatever features you want, will certainly sound much better too.
