Hi all. Need some more help on my Tundra. There's this really unusual noise coming from the engine. Anyone know what it might be? Its the ticking sound

I can’t really tell by that video listening on my cell phone, but my 2010 Tundra ticked on the drivers side for 94000 miles and my 2018 does the same thing. Everything I found said it had something to do with the VVT and was normal.
