Hi everybody I have a question I have a 2007 Toyota tundra the headlights and heater we’re going high to low and the battery light came on so I replaced the battery and the alternator and it is still doing the same thing. Wondering if anybody on here would have any idea of what is going on I would really appreciate some feedback please thank you.

Check for loose or corroded ground wire is what I would do next. If it’s a remanufactured alternator get it tested too.

Do the blinkers work? Yes this is a serious question.

But did you check the blinkers? Trust me on this. The fuse that runs the blinkers also enables the truck to charge when the key comes on. If the blinkers (flasher relay)are not working it’s a good sign the fuse is bad.

Check the voltage at the battery with a voltmeter while the truck is running.

If it’s anything more than 12v when running it is charging and alternator is working.

What exactly are the problems happening?

Lights and heater are going high and low and then every so often the gauges go crazy I replace the battery and the alternator with an OME alternator brand new but it is still doing the same thing when I have the heater in the lights off it doesn’t do it as often but it does it still
