Ugh I’m sure the jokes will roll in.
    2010 5.7 4x4
My ac was not blowing its coldest. I recharged it from a can. As I was filling it I started what I can only describe as someone blowing a fake fart. Like a kid sticking his tongue out and blowing it. In a pulsating rythem from the engine bay.I instantly popped the attachment off. It did it for a while and stopped. I added more later and it did it again, less this time because i used what was left in the can. It’s coming from either the driver side or behind the block area. Now the ac doesn’t blow any type of cold air.
I’m assuming I over pressurized the system. When I drove it home I looked under the truck and it was either water or frion dripping.
    1) Is there a high pressure relief valve?
    2) what lines run in that area. I think I just blew a line. It seems like it’s behind the front cross member area but I can’t see any lines there.

enjoy the puns, but help me too!

Get it serviced, and no more burritos in the cab!

Sounds like your blower motor is on the way out or some debris is stuck in it causing it to make noise.

Water under the truck is normal. Your AC creates condensation that has to drain out.

If what is dripping out feels oily, then it could be the PAG oil from the AC system. Time for professional help if it’s stopped working all together. I haven’t taken a car to a mechanic since….. well ever. Last year had to take my wife’s car in for AC condenser replacement and recharge. $1100 bucks. Booooo

Refrigerant has dye in it. If you have a blacklight look at the drips, if they glow green then it's refrigerant.

Yup, that’s the oil. The actual refrigerant is a gas at room temp that will just diffuse into the atmosphere and create large ozone holes that let the suns deadly rays kill us all.

Freon and it’s equivalents will only be a liquid at colder temps or when it’s compressed.
