Went to a mud run yesterday, I would enjoy putting my truck in next year. I have been thinking of procomp 6" lift, of with some aggressive tires. Saw alot of trucks break down yesterday. How much do you think a 2017 Tundra TRD can handle?

    Is that safe to do?
Looks like that would be harmful to the truck.

Probably got water in the cab. Possibly some water into the air box but could have been ok there. Possibly water in the AIP.

I don't think that'll hurt the truck as long as you don't get water in the intake. The diff breather mod is a really good Idea too. I've had a couple of my trucks under a lot water without problems. Well, the problem is cleaning up the mess. I'm happy to avoid deep muddy water these days.

That used to be my dream truck, I wonder what gears and stuff they use they could go where regular tundras would bog down. I loved them then I got addicted to high speed off-roading

Looking at the videos that is just crazy, I would be afraid that I suck water into the engine. I also wonder how much muddy water will enter your cab and ruin the interior, not to mention all the wiring which runs inside under the sill plates. You couldn't pay me to do that with my truck.

Are you saying that the door seals are waterproof under those conditions? I know the Tundra has a double seal, but still...
