2020 Tundra trd pro

I have a 20 trd pro. It seems every morning when I start the truck for the first time. I pull out and start to give it gas, I feel a slight thump. Is there something that actuates, open, closes? It's very slight. Only seems to do it after it sits for hours. Thanks for any help!
