I just recently got some moisture trap behind the plastic panel for the speedometer, tachometer, etc. It’s a 2018 tundra. What’s the best way to dry it out? Or can it be removed easily?

Yes it can be removed easily. If you look above the gauges you will see 2 push pins that you remove to pull the trim piece out. Don't yank it out as the lower portion of it as attached to a rubber seal on top of the steering column. Once it is out of the way you will see how the lens is attached to the cluster. I don't remember if it's clipped or attached with screws.
