must weight a good bit. My single battery with an 8 or a 12 is not light by any means.

 

How does this compare to something like a Stihl KM?
Weight, endurance, power for serious brushy grass, etc.

 

My Stihl is so heavy I up graded the shoulder strap for a double vest type harness, so I am ready if to heavy.

It depends on the deal and how it was charged on your receipt.
If the receipt shows the two as separate line items each with a reduced price, then yes. This is usually the case with the Home Depot deals where you have to actually put both items in your cart to see the discount.
If the receipt shows it as a single bundled line item (which is the case with a lot of the really good Black Friday deals), then no. But you might sell it locally on Craigslist or FB Marketplace if you want to go that route.

 

Yeah - I picked one up but still trying to figure out what I'm going to use it for.
Fully loaded it's going to be heavy...

I've looked at that one a couple times. I like the flexibility of the quick lock power head for different attachments, and the battery life and power on it have been just fine for my needs.

 

I use the hell out of that little vacuum.
Do yourself a favor and get some of the felt liner bags for it.

 

thanks for the tip. I have the little hand held vacuum already but wanted this to hook up to my tack saw and miter saw for small cuts on site.

I would stick with the 18.

My only recommendation with them is to be mindful of your other hand. Because it’s so easy to wield one handed it’s VERY easy to get that other hand in precarious positions while using.

 

I got a couple Milwaukee tool inserts for the packout as a gift.

 

That drill one is unbelievable! I may buy a pack out and that insert just to keep it all organized

 

That’s amazing but it’s a shame it can’t all fit in 1 small packout. I have that drill and attachments in the soft case it comes with just to keep it all compact.

Where did you get those? Or rather, where do your gifters get those??

 

The drill and all the attachments are in one small pack out. The other piece is for the detail sander which is in a separate packout.

 

The quality of the 3D printing the guy did is top notch.

 

I use Kaizan foam in some of my packouts; might need to try some of those out.
