Might be a dumb question?

Might be a dumb question, but just recently my truck keeps asking me every time on start up if I want to adjust my seats even though I already have my presets. Does anyone know how to make this alert go away? Thanks in advance.

Are both FOBs paired to the truck? That seems to be the most common cause of that message.

Although both of my FOBs are paired, I still get that message once every couple of months or so.

Yeah both of mine are paired. And the weird thing is, on very rare occasions, it won’t ask me the message at all.
