Microphone not connecting

Posted in the wrong thread last night trying to delete it but figured I’d shot gun this out there.

I have a 2015 sr with stock head unit. When trying to connect to Bluetooth the error message I receive is “microphone not connected”. I’ve run a diagnostic test and came up with the code b1579. Which I have found seems to track with the microphone issue. I ran a function test on the microphone and when I tap on the mic it is registering the sound.

wondering if anyone has access to TIS to send me the file for the software update (13TBDANA-DA00_139.kwi) or any information on how to solve this issue other than trying to update the software update.

I have looked into this website and when I search my vin it says there are no updates. Although when I look into the tsb bulletins I find that I could use the update. I don’t believe I have the nav option.
