Hey Everyone! I'm new to the group and just got a 2025 Limited. Love it! First Toyota truck ever owned. Wish I would gotten one long time ago!

Only issue and seeing if other have the same problem, every time I drive, my left knee keeps hitting the memory seat button! Drives me nuts! lol Anyone else have this problem too? I am an engineer by trade and thinking of 3d printing a little cover to prevent my knee constantly hitting those damn buttons. :monocle:

Welcome! My memory buttons only work if I'm in park, so when driving this wouldn't be an issue. Not even a beep while in drive. Curious about yours?

When I'm driving constantly hitting them with my knee and it beeps. I'm not huge guy or something. My knee lines up perfectly with those buttons. I wear jeans alot its like the fold of the jeans at the knee acts like a finger.

I've been having the same issue ever since purchasing my 2025 Tundra. My driving position makes it so my knee is sitting right on top of the memory buttons. I programmed both settings to my drive position so my seat doesn't change positions when I hit the buttons with my knee while driving.

To combat this issue, I designed a plate that bezels around the buttons. I didn't want to design a cover though but I have to say that it still works. Measurements are not perfect as this was a quick design. I 3D printed the design and just superglued the frame onto the panel. Thickness of print is approximately 5mm.

Things to note: I used a textured plate so the frame prints out with the textured face shown outwards. If you want the smoother side to be shown, I recommend flipping the design. Sorry I was too lazy to flip it in the file. Better yet, just use a smooth plate.

Please reference the pictures and stl file.

Have you thought about Seat Jacker? I've seen a lot about people using them and really liking the more comfortable seating position they provide.

I'm 6'3". I don't want to raise the seat in any form. I created the printed part now and it seems to work fine for me.
