I have a 2020 Tundra SR5 with the tow package. I think this means I have the 150amp alternator. What is the max sized audio amp I can have with my factory electrical system?

I don’t want to do any electrical modifications to accommodate a larger audio amp.

I want to avoid any issues like dimming lights or any other collateral issues with the electrical functionality of my truck.

I do tow a camper a lot so I am charging the camper battery also while towing. I think the seven pin trailer receptacle is fused at 30amps.

What size have you installed without issue?

Get a decent amp with a separate capacitor, you'll be fine..
Be glad you have the tow package and the upgraded alternator..

You may not even need the cap...
