I just unloaded my truck and tried to spray off a little bit of Death Valley dust.
The trip was so much fun. The BASTRDS, @joonbug @dcsleeper408 @831Tun @TRD15559 and the few non-Tundras, are a great group of guys.

    Post trip damage report:
Cracked windshield from a rock that a Ford pickup kicked up a road.
Front passenger wheel. I don't remember doing anything that would have caused this. Good thing I bought 5 wheels.
    IMG_20180402_114623.jpg
Rear passenger wheel. Just a tiny nick.
    IMG_20180402_114607.jpg

Fog pocket Baja Design lights. Both lights broke out of the pockets. You can see the broken plastic on the screws. This was very disappointing, since I love the light and was counting on them for night driving.
    IMG_20180402_104929.jpg IMG_20180402_103139.jpg

Rear bumper. I backed into a rock trying to turn around on a tight trail at night. I'm not even sure if it was really a trail.

He had that cooler ratchet strapped in and it still got away and tipped on it's side while speeding through some floaters. But, that's a different story.....

I just got done spraying down the truck to try to get rid of some of the dirt and dust, so it is just water.

I should have posted pictures of the cooler damage. The potato salad has been cleaned up and the cooler will be ready for the next trip, but with a better tie down plan.

Sounds like an awesome trip! Give BD a shout and see if they'll do anything for you on those fogs. I've hear they're pretty decent to work with.

    Invest in Sharpies. ;)

Can I ask if bungee cords or cam straps were included in the original tiedown plan?

A ratchet strap to keep it tight against the tailgate. I need to add one over the top of it next time.

A few of my favorite glamour shots from the Death Valley Vampire Burro Expedition.

I really like this one, because if you look closely you can see @dcsleeper408 @joonbug and Ed (LT FJ) coming down the trail.

Awesome pics! Looks like a great trip. You have tracks recorded or a screenshot of the path you actually ran?

@dcsleeper408 has the official map. I rented a Spot for tracking, but they disabled the link to the map as soon as the rental period was over.

Got a link for the SPOT rental? Some of the Uberfahrts own SPOTS or similar, but I think renting one might be a great option.

My wife was really happy with being able to check on our progress and I was able to send her messages with the Spot to let her know we were ok.

Thanks for reminding me, that was something that I wanted to post about. The Pro suspension did everything I asked it to do. I know that it was probably smoother in the trucks with the high dollar after market suspension, but I was impressed with my truck. I'm going to hold back on saying how fast I was driving in the park, so let's just say it was fast enough to make the washboard trails feel smooth.
