Mangled OEM Fog Light

Don’t know how it happened but I saw one of my OEM fog lights laying sideways, back in its housing. I pulled the plastic access panel in the wheel well and find that the light’s plastic “shroud” and clips aren’t there ... looks like it’s just shorn off. In other words no way I see to reattach the light. Light itself is fine/operable. I wasn’t looking to upgrade these yet ... only had the truck a month and have a few other mods underway. Question - is this light toast? I sure don’t see a way to replace the plastic mounting clips but wanted to ask before I set to work with duct tape, bubble gum and zip ties. (Kidding but I got the gene for tinkering and jury rigging.) Thanks for the assist/advice.
