Malfunctioning oem fog lights

cold air, Pioneer stereo, 10" sub, light bar, leveling kit, 20 " Fuel Kranks, fender flares and Tonneau cover

ok, I had my bumper replaced and now the fogs will not come on. I have looked and all I can find is one plug not connected but no idea where it goes. When I turn the knob I get no click and no fog light. Help me please has anyone had this issue?
