After researching here and other Tundra sites, I've decided to upgrade from 265/70 R16 tires to 255/85/R16. I had already intended to alter the suspension a bit. I'm going with:
My question is this, at 75000 miles should I consider maintenance /upgrade to other related parts like ball joints etc while I'm doing suspension work. Suggestions on this and critique or advice on my upgrade choices please.

Yes, check it all out and see if there is anything that need replacing. I would also change all fluids (drain and fill, no flush) and spark plugs. What engine do you have? If the v8, should probably do the timing belt unless it has been recently done, not due to miles, but age.

Oh, and check frame and all for rust, was a big issue with the first gens. Yours may or may not have had the frame replaced.

Two months ago, I bought my 2006 with (at the time) 83K miles. I bought it from my dad, who a year earlier bought it from my uncle. I knew nothing of the maintenance history. So over the last two months, I got the oil changed, diff and transfer case oil changed, timing belt, water pump, and serpentine belt replaced, coolant flushed. Whether it needed not, I got it done. Even if not needed, the money spent was worth the peace of mind.
