Kind of a ridiculous question, but is there another way to lower the spare tire other then going through the access hole under the tailgate? I have an LED strip under my tailgate that is pretty securely fastened with adhesive. Yes I can get it off, but I'm a bit concerned about having it re-attach.

Getting ready to put on my coachbuilder shackles and want some room to work under there.

    Thanks

Fuel delete mod Cup holder upgrade
Use magnets or velcro to attach the LED strip.

Another reason not to put ghetto looking lights under the tailgate. Tailgate light strips are the pickup version of strobing brake lights on Civics.

Ive never seen one of those brake light strips that did not have some burnt out LEDS. I'd skip that mod too.
