I just went back 1000 threads in this section but didn't really find much into that helped me. I have a 30" Rigid double row bar I pulled out of my 22 Taco before trading it in. I plan to mount it behind the grill in the front bumper and I was surprised to see the description for the brackets I have (Amazon) say they will fit the Taco and Tundra for mounting there. I'm going to give them a shot but if they don't work out what brackets are working well for people who have a double row 30" bar mounted there? The Cali Raised brackets seem to be better built as they have more mounting points to secure the brackets to the truck but I hear mixed reviews about their stuff in general.
