First off I did a search but the results weren't exactly what I was looking for. I am looking for an inexpensive roll up bed cover and I want it to be the lowest profile/flush as it can be. Im looking for a roll up because of my specific needs that I have for a bedcover. Mainly I want something that will keep the snow out in the winter and keep dust off my gear when loaded for camping. I thought about a softtopper but the bed cover fits my needs the best. Let me know what you all have what you suggest and pictures of examples. Thanks !

TruXedo Lo Pro will be a good one at a fair price. Around 500 new.

This is what I have. Gator SRX. Pretty inexpensive and had great reviews. I use it for pretty much same reason.

I have one on my crewmax and have been happy with it. The lifetime warranty is an added bonus.

I think this will be the option I go with. It won't be on my truck all the time and the price is right. How much profile does it stick up?

I looked up their install instructions on their web page and it looks like they have different clamps if you have the rail system

I have had the Lopro for six years. I absolutely Love it. It keeps everything dry. Has lifetime warranty. Has been great in rain and snow. I have no reservations about putting something that has to stay dry in pouring rain. They even set me new Velcro when mine wore out. You can order it for rail system or for non rail.

i just installed this on my truck a month ago. works great. Keeps the water out. It can be used with the side rails if you have them, they send different clamps with it. I would say it sticks up about an inch and a half. I also got their side steps, they are great as well. Sure can't beat the price!

About an 7/8 of an inch at the bed rail. If you account for the arch in the supports, maybe 2 inches.

It ain't cheap, but I love my Bakflip MX4. It folds up almost all the way to the back window, giving me enough room to load up my Polaris Sportsman 700 4-wheeler without a problem. It is also secure, in that it latches and can't be opened if the tailgate is locked. Yeah, someone could pry it open if they really wanted, but no cover should be considered "high security".

I like those for sure but it's quite a bit more than I am willing to spend given the limited use I will have for it. It won't be on the truck all the time

I searched buy and sell / Kijiji (craigslist) and found a OEM Toyota cover for fairly cheap. I think it looks decent.

I hate to ressurect an old post but all you guys with the Tyger soft cover, I keep having issues with the back not staying latched. I've adjusted the tension and tried all 4 different notches and on the freeway it keeps popping off. I've had the cover now for 3 months, been rolled up for 3 months of course and now on a road trip. During the 2500 miles I was loaded up, it was fine. Now unloaded and it keeps unlatching. Any ideas?

Only had mine pop open once right after I installed it. No issues since. Only thing I could think of is maybe your tailgate end of the side bars need to be closer together? Just an idea. Guessing you already tried contacting Tyger.

The little pin on each side at the tailgate end... Pass side pops in perfectly, driver side I have to force in and it's driving me nuts. I've tried moving the tab around but nothing seems to work.
