    07 tundra with 215000,takes a while of spinning starter over to start,new fuel pump oem at 180000,changed plugs at 160000,no check engine codes,no water in fuel,runs great after it starts,gonna change plugs again cheap try, anything else?

    Check fuel rail pressure prior to start. A leaking injector might be letting the pressure drop to zero after sitting for a while.

    Maybe look at live data if you have access to a scanner or even a "fancy" code reader. As stated above fuel pressure before start up. Dirty throttle body can cause issues as well. Crankshaft position sensor may be on its way out. Without any DTCs its gonna take some pokin around. Best of luck to you, hope you figure it out!

    Is it a flex-fuel? If it is, it should say on the gas cap. Problems with ethanol reading on the ECU can cause a hard start condition.
