Lost voice input for gps

Previously I could search the navigation using voice input through the microphone if in motion. Now I no longer have that option. I need to stop the vehicle and use keyboard entries. Radio is a stock 2021. Was there an update that removed this feature? Thanks

 

I bought my '19 as a CPO (1 lease turn-in) and I always wondered why that voice command didn't work when everything else did.

I'd hit the voice button, the little dashboard lady would respond "Say a Command" and when I asked her to "Navigate to 1234 Easy Street" she'd just drop out and go back to my music.

Same thing, I'd have to stop and type it in... super aggravating.

I fixed her wagon. Left her for a younger, hotter, more helpful and eager to please dashboard chick.
