I have a 2019 Platinum and I added the tech12volt audio upgrade. Ever since I added it I loose the phone call volume totally when I have the navigation running and the navigation starts talking. I used to be able to still hear the phone call slightly with the navigation running. Now I have to turn the volume knob up and down to get the call volume to come back. I have the front dash speakers totally unhooked as per advice. Should I hook these speakers back up to get the call volume back louder or am I missing something here?
