2021 Tundra Limited

2021 Tundra Limited with manual close side view mirrors. The passenger side mirror opens and closes and locks into the open position but the entire casing is very loose. Its never been hit/damaged. Any suggestions on how to fix/tighten it? A new mirror is over $400 installed (which is beyond my skill set).
