I recently changed my map light bulbs. After I put in the new bulbs, which are the same as the originals, the bulbs are loose and the connection is lost. Does anyone know how to tighten the prongs that squeeze against the bulb to make a tight fit?
    Thank you for any ideas.
This is in a 2015 Tundra Platinum

If I remember right they kind of have to "force" into place and click in. Did you pull the tabs back when removing the old ones?

Also, are the new bulbs OE replacements account a bad bulb, or did you change to something like an LED bulb?

These are the original type bulbs. I even tried to put the old ones back in and they were loose. I put some pressure on them, but held back because I didn’t want to damage anything. I could try a little more force to see if they click in. I didn’t pull back the tabs. Just straight out with the old one and straight in with the new.
