See all the damage on the interior passenger rear door? Somebody has been using that truck as a hotel on wheels.

Don't need 4wd for that

Prices are high on these trucks in the Seattle area with little interest in negotiating. Good trucks with < 100K miles sell within a week and are around $16K. I saw a bunch sell before dealers even put photos and a price up online. If they haven't sold, there is something wrong with them. I saw a 2006 DC SR5 4wd listed on craigslist with 28K miles for $21k a month ago and it was gone within hours.

Unloading the truck at 87k miles before the timing belt change expense.

I had no idea they offered the TRD package on 2WD models. Is that right? I know some just slapped the TRD sticker on theirs.

Yeah. This is what I thought, too. Never knew V6 came with 4x4 until the other days cregssliss post. Thought 4x4 was only on the V8. Thought the TRD meant a better suspension package on the 4x4 only.

I see a lot of bs out there. Had a buddy buy the turd stickers and put on his 2nd Gen. He never heard the end of it from me. Hahahaha

Yeah lots of 2wd TRDs here on soCal. It's just shocks and fender flares with a slightly bigger tire I think. And of course the decal.

I'm a poser that added a sticker to mine haha. Threw some Icons and wheels and tires. Instant TRD!!

It's like the Tacoma Prerunner I think. Those are kinda like a TRD package but 2wd.

The 2WD TRD is usually the "sport", not the "off road". This one has a body lift.

Same package really, HD shocks and decals.

They made a first gen TRD sport? I'm learning all kinds of new things.

Someone mentioned the prerunner earlier. To me that's different because I think those are all 2WD. I had no idea they offeres the TRD package on first gen 2WD's. Seems kinda silly.:notsure:

Yeah I'm pretty certain they made them.
