Looking for Tailgate Assist Kit

My dad has a 2004 Tundra that he loves. He recently had a shoulder replacement, and I am trying to find a tailgate assist kit to help him get the bed open and closed more easily. I have struck out pretty much everywhere I can think of trying to find one of the discontinued Rough Country kits.

Anyone have a kit they'd be willing to sell or a line on where I might be able to find one?
