My '16 has the Toyota running boards and they fit very well and looks nice. It's a black alloy with some slots to drain water.

I am 5'1" and my 91 y.o. mother, who I shuttle around on the weekends is 4'11" and we both need running boards for sure. So I have the Go Rhino RB20 running boards. They look great and work great, and have optional drop-steps (which I don't have and really don't need at this point). Nice wide platform to stand on that make it easy to get in and out. If I ever need the drop steps they can be added easily, I like that I have the option.

I bought N-Fab from Amazon for myself and the wife. I love the looks of them. They are extremely well built and I installed them in about 7 minutes with no help.

There are a lot of the factory 5" oval tube type out there. If you were local, I have a clean black set with less than 10k miles for $150.

My wife is 5' so I had to add some but dont like the predator step look. I went with these black OE ones, theyre clean and serve the purpose.

I have N-fabs. Love the look but the foot placement are to narrow. Would not have them if I had kids.

A couple close up pics. The center 'step' area is rubber, or rubberish coated so it still grips well when wet.

Finally took a few pix of my Go Rhino RB20s. I'm liking them a lot. They stick out far enough to 'dissuade' people in small cars from parking too close and flinging their doors open against the truck; they just might hit the boards first . A teachable moment; courtesy, and respect for other people's property. And they are darn nice boards; I like being able to stand anywhere on them as opposed to 'the step'. Not having rubber parts to worry about, drying out in the hot sun or coming loose is another plus.

X2 on the BR20’s. They are super solid and have a nice wide platform to step or stand on. Also it’s cool that it will catch a car door before your door does.

Right on! I had a 15 Double cab that had nfab steps that looked almost the same as your current steps. One day my wife’s foot slipped and got caught in the step part and she almost broke her ankle. So I was “told” to buy some steps that wouldn’t try to kill her.
    You’ll definitely like em!
