Looking for Leather Trim Part Numbers.

2014 Tundra Platinum

I was searching for the part numbers for the following leather interior parts, but could not find them. Would someone happen to have them? My platinum leather is sticky and is no longer aesthetically pleasing. The parts are for my 14 Platinum Crewmax.

-Leather piece surrounding the vent on the driver's side
-Leather insert on the passenger side above the glove box. Wraps around the vent.
-Leather inserts on top of each door panel.

6 parts in total.
