Looking for an all-purpose mechanic in San Diego.

I've had my first gen 2004 for about a year. Any recommendations would be appreciated. To narrow things down, I'm in Mira Mesa.

Speed Freek over on Tacoma world does legit work. His name is Jason and lives up in vista. Not sure if he does engine work but he does pretty much everything else.
