Looking for a frame wiring harness for 2002 Toyota Tundra

Hello, I'm new to this site. I actually found it while searching on line for a new wiring harness. I'm having a hard time finding one. Looking for #82164-0C021. Does anyone have one to sell or know of a source I can go to? Thanks for your help!

 

Quick Google search shows available at various outlets other than Toyota Dealers, which show discontinued.
Given most places are showing $350, do you by chance have a junk yard or Pik-A-Part close by ?
What is wrong with the present one and where is actually located/controls ?

 

Thanks for your response. We live in Oklahoma and have called many salvage yards to no avail. There are no Pik-a-Parts in OK that I know of. I'm told the wiring harness has several melted together wires, and I don't understand "where is actually located/controls ?"
